Don’t let perfection stand in the way of progress
Its the Taurus new moon tomorrow, May 8 2024, at 1.21 pm Sydney time. I have this crazy idea that I have to have this website ready to go by then. Why?
Great question! Although some people think astrology is ridiculous .. I mean, how can 1/12th of the population all be meticulous clean freaks who are hard on everyone, particularly themselves? Can you guess which star sign? Virgo
Or how can 1/12th of the population be the life of the party one minute and then hibernate the next .. and have great hair? Im loosley describing a Leo. Then there’s the sexy and very loyal Scorpio. The eclectic, innovative Aquarius who dances to their own drum. The cozy, comforting, creative Cancer. The fiery, fun AF, always willing to go first Aries! etc.
There are similarities in people with the same star signs for sure, but of course, we are all different. Our personal astrological blueprint, as unique as our fingerprints, depends on when and where we were born and what the planets were doing and where they were placed at that exact time. Where was the moon? Venus? Mars? Uranus?
Id like to think I cannot be pushed around by planets … I mean, I cannot really BUT I choose to be. For me, this new moon in Taurus is all about taking a leap of faith. Getting passion projects done. Having fun with creativity and Children. Jupiter is moving into my career house later this week for a year! I’d like to use this potent planetary energy and go live with this site!!!
BUT .. there are so many things that need fixing .. for example, the order of the products. I cant move them!! The missing photos above the blogs .. I just can’t work out how to do it??? I am a Virgo, (with Capricorn rising and an Aries moon) and I can quite easily let ‘perfection’ stand in the way of progress. I have been doing it for years with this teaching meditation passion turned business. My Goodness! Ive been saying Im going to do a podcast since 2018!
I found this quote, “Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.” Said by Earl Nightengale. I quite agree Earl. So here we go, warts and all. Everyones so busy, I doubt anyone will notice or care about the mistakes. My goal is to help people, especially children and teens, to feel good. So I’ll keep adding to the free video’s and if they help even one person then I am satisfied!
